"Alpha Initiative Zero" graphic novel

The emergence of people with powers - hyper-beings - has altered the planetary landscapes of society, politics, economics, and warfare. In response to the rise of a global threat unlike any before it in the form of hyper-villain, Ramses "The Pharaoh" Hondo, and his lethal group of mercenaries, The Elite, the United States government creates the "Alpha Initiative Zero" program. It is comprised of a very select group of America's finest military men and women, and they are transformed into hyper-soldiers by undergoing a unique procedure where every cell in their body is injected with nanocells infused with telepathic energy harvested from the greatest hyper-minds in the world, as well as having an ultra lightweight material 100x stronger than graphene grafted to their muscular and skeletal systems.

LtGen. Rashard Bonds, aka Lou, leads the super-soldier unit, and he is tasked with one goal: to command the Alpha Initiative Zero to a victory over Ramses and The Elite, and capture them once and for all. Will in-house tensions, philosophical conflicts with Leadership, a complicated romantic past with his second, Lt. Emily Wright, and an existential mystery touching his soul ruin Lou? Or, will he be able to overcome and prevent a catastrophic global calamity?
