100 years in the future, people with superpowers (hyper-beings) exist, and some of them pose a great threat to domestic and international security. Therefore, the US military develops a procedure to create super soldiers by injecting nano-cell technology fused with telepathic energy into the bodies of soldiers from an elite Black-Ops unit, along with grafting a unique material to their human muscular and skeletal systems. This gives the unit hyper-physical abilities, enabling them to be entrusted to execute US’ most important and top-secret missions. The unit is called the ALPHA INITIATIVE (AI).
